2. eLitmus PH Test

  • Now, let’s discuss the eLitmus PH test at length. eLitmus came in 2005, and the eLitmus PH test is said to be one of India’s most significant employability tests. It has redefined how entry-level recruitment is going in India.
  • eLitmus conducts Hiring Potential (pH) Test and evaluates job seekers based on a variety of parameters and grades them nationwide. The eLitmus test is ideal for students who are from colleges where the placement opportunities aren’t that great.
  • The eLitmus PH test is slightly more complicated than the AMCAT. Out of all the three exams, eLitmus is the only exam with negative marking.
  • It has three sections, the quantitative aptitude section, the verbal section, and the reasoning section. Each chapter is for 200 marks, and each section consists of 20 questions. Candidates need to complete the test in 2 hours.
  • The number of companies that hire through eLitmus is slightly lower than the number of companies that hire through AMCAT. Some of the big names, which employ through eLitmus are HP, Dell, Cisco, etc.
  • The exam fee is Rs. 920, and the eLitmus score is valid for two years.
  • A majority of the companies recruiting through this test are IT companies. If you are a candidate and is looking for an IT job, then eLitmus is your Go-To Exam.
  • The best part is the pay packages offered are usually between 4 – 12 LPA. Pay packages provided by companies hiring through eLitmus is generally higher than that of those provided by firms hiring through AMCAT and Cocubes.
  • Out of all the three exams, eLitmus has the highest success rate, with about 80% of the registered candidates are placing in their desired companies with a high profile job and appropriate pay. Now that you are quite familiar with AMCAT and eLitmus.

3. Cocubes Test

  • Let’s look at the Cocubes test. The CoCubes’ employability test is called Cocubes Pre-assess. Cocubes assesses the candidates on Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Sentence Equivalence, and Verbal Reasoning.
  • The Cocubes test can also sometimes include GK and technical questions, depending on specific requests from the company.
  • The test includes Quantitative Aptitude, AnalyticalReasoning, English Usage, and Domain-specific sections.
  • The pattern for the Cocubes test is very similar to that of the AMCAT, but it is slightly more complicated. Candidates often say that this exam is lengthy, and hence time management becomes very crucial to crack it.
  • It is the most expensive test out of all the three. It will cost you 1000 rupees to take the exam, and the score is valid only for one year.

3. Logical Ability
